The family of the late Brian O'Callaghan R.I.P. wish to express our thanks and appreciation to everyone who offered kindness, support, and sympathy during our recent bereavement. Your prayers, messages, cards, flowers, and presence at the wake and funeral showed just how much Brian was respected and loved by you all and have helped considerably to ease our pain and sense of loss. We especially wish to thank our Feehan cousins and anyone else who looked after us and our visitors during the wake.

A special word of thanks to Fr. John and all those who assisted with a very beautiful and memorable Mass. Our sincere gratitude also goes to Clare and David and to Kathy, Gareth and members of the Uplifted Choir for the beautiful and heartfelt music and singing that made the service truly special.

Brian’s last week was made very special for him and for us because of the many people who called to see him, in person and on the phone. We are especially grateful to his friends who brought Fiddlers Green to him when he was unable to go to it, we will always remember how happy you made him at his last session.

Over the past year Brian was blessed with great carers who went above and beyond in the way they looked after him, we offer our sincere thanks to you all. Thank you also to the staff of Summerhill Surgery, The Falls Clinic and McKeever’s chemist in Rostrevor for all their help and support this past year. We are grateful to the Acute Care at Home Team and the many community healthcare professionals for their compassionate care and support during Brian’s final days.

Finally, our sincere gratitude to Charles Digney Funeral Directors for the professional way they carried out the funeral and for the care, respect and dignity shown to us at this sad time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.

Thank you and God bless you all.
The O'Callaghan Family.
