The family of the late Brian Rooney would like to thank everyone who sympathised and supported us during our recent loss.
A heartfelt thanks to our immediate and extended family and friends who helped during his time in hospital, wake and funeral.
Thank you to everyone who attended the wake and Funeral, brought food, cards and sent messages of support.
To the staff in the Willowbank Surgery and Trust Domiciliary Home Care who looked after Brian so well for many years. A special word of thanks to the staff of Ward 3 Ramone for the care and compassion they showed Brian in the last weeks of his life.
To the priests of the parish for their pastoral care and a special thanks to Fr David Nugent for conducting a poignant and personal requiem Mass. To Cathy McKenna and Patricia Hagan for their beautiful singing and music.
Thank you to the Harps club and Our T’s for providing the venue and food after the Funeral.
To Malachy O’Neill, Mulberry Bistro, Navan Fort Café, Rumour Cafe and Cordelia for their kindness during the wake.
Our sincere appreciation to Martin Kelly Funeral Directors for the care and dignity they took in carrying out their duties towards Brian and ourselves.
There are so many people to thank and we know we cannot thank everyone individually but please know that you all made a difficult time that little bit easier.
Brian’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 11th October at 7.30pm in St Malachy’s Church, Armagh.
Jesus, I trust in you.
