Bridget (Cis) Monaghan (née McArdle)
MONAGHAN –(nee McArdle) (Rathfriland)- 4th February 2024, Bridget (Cis). Late of 38 Mourne View Park. Peacefully at Rathfriland Manor Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Seamus, much loved mother of Gabrielle and Roísín, caring mother-in-law of James Devlin and Cathal McAnarney, devoted nanny of James, Ciarán, Conor and Tiarán, dear great-grand nanny of Dáithí and Dáire and special sister of Vera, Arthur and the late Dolores, Desmond, Gabriel and recently deceased Pauline.
Cis’s remains will repose at her daughter’s residence, 26 Lower Castlevennon Road, Katesbridge BT32 5QN on Monday and Tuesday from 12.00noon until 9.00pm. Removal on Wednesday 7th February at 10.00am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Rathfriland. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
