Bridget Cooley (née McCallion)
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Bridget Cooley née McCallion, peacefully at home on 11th March 2024.
Late of 15 Beechwood Street. May she rest in peace.
Beloved wife of the late Jackie. Devoted mother of Mary, Theresa, Eddie, John, Paul, Cieran and Donna. Dearest mother-in-law of Mary, Geraldine, Angela, Susanne, Brian and the late Danny. A much loved granny and great-granny to all of her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
Bridget’s remains will be reposing at her daughter Theresa’s residence, 11 Springham Park from 3pm this afternoon, Monday 11th March. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 13th March at 10:50am for 11:30am Requiem Mass in St. Columba's Church, Longtower. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
