The death has occurred of:
Bridie McDonald (née Trainor)
McDonald (nee Trainor) Barnmeen and formerly of Ballyvarley. Bridie died peacefully surrounded by her loving family, 24th June 2025 in Daisy Hill Hospital.
Beloved wife of the late Bernard (Barney) and loving mother of Brian, Kieran, Marian, Colin, Geraldine, Amanda, Martina and the late infant Mary. Grandmother of the late Rachael and Órán, mother in-law to the late Paddy McConville and sister of the late Patsy Trainor.
Bridie’s remains will be reposing at her son Colin’s residence; 14 Greenhill Road from 7pm-10pm this Tuesday evening and 12noon-9pm tomorrow (Wednesday).
Removal on Thursday for 2pm Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Drumgath. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lisnagade.
House private on Thursday please.
Please Note; there will be a one way system in place for access to the wake. Entry via the main Rathfriland/Newry Road onto the Greenhill Road and exit via the Drumlough Road.
