The Family of the late Canon Kenneth Kingston wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for and supported them through their recent bereavement. Thank you to those who visited, telephoned, sent cards, letters and flowers to express their sympathy and to those who joined them at the funeral service and sent donations in Canon Kingston's memory to Pancreatic Cancer Research.

The Family took great comfort from the support of Family, Friends and Neighbours. You all touched our hearts and made a difficult time more bearable.

Our heartfelt thanks to Rev Diane Matchett for conducting a fitting tribute service to Kenneth's life in the Church and afterwards at the graveside, ably assisted by the Rt. Rev Andrew Forster, Bishop of Derry and Raphoe, who paid his own kind tribute to Kenneth and to Rev Adrian Stringer for his pastoral care to Kenneth prior to his passing.

Thanks to everyone involved in the funeral service, from the Sexton, the Organist and to all those who were involved in any way in preparing the Church and the Parish hall prior to the service.

Sincere thanks to Helen and Staff of Desmond Watters Funeral Services, Tobermore for their professionalism and sensitive manner in organising and carrying out the funeral arrangements and Mr John Spratt for preparing Kenneth's Resting Place. Moreover, we would like to extend our appreciation to St. John's Parish Church, Moneymore and the Church Wardens for their respectful help and to John and Edith Blair for the delicious tea that was served in the parish hall following the burial.

A special thanks to all the Staff of the Diamond Medical Centre in Magherafelt and all of the Team at Gordons Chemist, Magherafelt. We will never forget the care, compassion, kindness, dignity and respect which you all gave to Kenneth.

We as a Family trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our most sincere appreciation and gratitude for your kindness and support during our time of grief. We have been truly touched and are so grateful for your compassion and loving support. Kenneth from a young age recognised how short life could be, alongside the pressing need to know where he would spend his eternity. He accepted Jesus as his Saviour, taking away any fear of death. We know today he is rejoicing in Heaven with his Saviour.

"Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?"
John 11:25-26
