Carol Traynor
We, the family of Carol Traynor, wish to express our sincerest thanks to all our family, friends, colleagues and neighbours who gave support, comfort, and expressed sympathy during our recent, sad bereavement.
We offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, providing much needed practical and emotional support. Thank you to all those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers and messages of support.
Our sincere gratitude to our so very kind and thoughtful family and friends who provided refreshments, brought food or assisted in any way.
Thank you to all the doctors and nurses of Park Medical, Wards 22 and 24 of Altnagelvin Hospital and the team of district nurses who cared for Carol. A special and heart felt thank you to the nurses from the Foyle Hospice who treated Carol with the utmost care and compassion. We will be forever grateful to you all.
We would like to acknowledge Fr. Sean O’Donnell for attending to Carol during her brief illness.
A special thank you to Fr Joe Gormley for his support, kind words and meaningful Requiem Mass and to Fr Daniel McFaul and Fr Noel McDermott.
Most grateful thanks to Deborah Kelly, Claire Doherty and John Peoples for enhancing the liturgy with music.
Many thanks from our family to Louise Payne for the most beautiful floral arrangements.
We would like to offer our thanks to pupils of Our Lady of Fatima Primary School: Mullabuoy, for doing a guard of honour at the funeral. It was much appreciated.
Deepest appreciation to WJ O’Brien & Sons, Funeral Directors for their dignified, caring and professional manner in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family’s deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
Carol's Month's Mind Mass will be held in St Mary's Church, Creggan at 10.30am on Sunday 7th August 2022.
