The family of the late Carrie Turley, Kingsfield, Downpatrick, wish to express their thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with them by sending Mass and sympathy cards, letters and messages of condolence and floral tributes. Our thanks also, to all who paid their respects on the journey from Carrie’s home to the Church and graveyard and all who attended her funeral. Sincerest thanks to Dr. Jane Creaney and the staff of Stream Street Surgery, the District Nursing Team, Community Care Team, Marie Curie Nurses, NI Hospice in the Community and Down Community Care. Many thanks to those who made a donation, in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
For the dignified and professional way in which Carrie’s funeral arrangements were conducted, we thank Marty, Claire, Gordon and William of Charles Rourke & Sons Funeral Directors.
