The family of the late Charlie Conway wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with us, who called to the wake , attended the funeral, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes and who brought food to the wake.
A special word of thanks to Fr McNally and Fr O'Boyle for their spiritual guidance.
Thank you to the Doctors and staff of the Oaks Medical Centre and the staff of Falls Pharmacy. A special thank you to the District Nurses and the Marie Curie Team for their outstanding care and support which was much appreciated.
To Joanna of Niall A Loughran's Funeral Directors for her professionalism and the considerate and dignified way she carried out the funeral arrangements.
