Acknowledgement / Month's Mind Mass for Christopher (Christy) Gallagher who passed away on 10th June, 2026. May he rest in peace.
We the family of the late Christy Gallagher wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our family members, friends and neighbours who supported us following the recent passing of Christy after a short illness. We are all heartbroken at the loss of such a Special person.
We would like to sincerely thank Fr. Stephen Ward for calling at the house, spending time with the family and for celebrating Christy's Requiem Mass in St. Brigid's Carnhill.
We would also like to thank Sarah McGarrity for the beautiful singing at Christy's Requiem Mass.
We as a family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to McClafferty Funeral Directors for their kindness, their compassionate support and professionalism throughout the Wake and Funeral. Kieran and Warren took time with our family to make sure everything was perfect.
Thank you to everyone at the Royal Hospital, Ward 4F, to the Doctors, Nurses and Care Team who done a great job looking after Christy during his short illness, going above and beyond for all Christy's family.
A special thank you for all those who brought Mass Cards, floral tributes, hot food and sandwiches to our home.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Your kindness will never be forgotten.
Christy's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Brigid's Church, Carnhill on Wednesday (July 8th) at 9:30 a.m.
