Fond memories of Arthur (Arty) Moore RIP. An Irishman and an adopted Mancunian of nearly 50 years. You will be sadly missed in North Manchester by many friends and neighbours. You were indeed a character. In recent years were known too many and seen regularly out and about on Harpurhey market and ASDA supermarket in North Manchester on your mobility scooter. Always willing to stop and chat and have an opinion on any subject.
