The Lord Lieutenant of The County Borough of Belfast Mrs Fionnuala Jay O’Boyle CBE, the Vice Lord Lieutenant and Deputy Lieutenants are deeply saddened by the death of their friend and colleague Garth Corbett MBE, DL.
