David having through much suffering passed to be with Christ which is far better, will not be forgotten by us. The Lord Jesus said, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die...' The Session, Deacons and congregation of Loughbrickland Reformed Presbyterian Church are saddened at the passing of their highly esteemed and faithful former pastor of 30 years, Rev. David Silversides, and convey their heartfelt sympathy to his wife Anne, sons Jonathan and Timothy, daughters in law Ruth and Alison, grandchildren Joel, Jacob, Ethan, Noah and Emily and the entire family circle.
