Dear Cathyann, Amanda and Stuart Time. I usually phone your dad this time of the year and was getting no reply so I thought I'd look him up to see if he had changed his number when I read that he had died in February.
I can't tell you how sad this makes me. You were all very young when our family met yours when your mum was in hospital (at the same time as my husband) in England - such a brave woman and Peter, your dad, was so devoted to her. When my son, Alex, and I came to visit Belfast some years ago, we were given such a warm welcome. I will aways remember them both with true affection. My sympathy and love goes out to you all for your loss which, although we only spoke to each other now and again, I feel is my loss as well.
