Deepest sympathy to Valerie William Kirstie Claire, Emma Benjamin and Eden, from Pat McCartan, Margaret Anne and Brian. The times we shared with Billy will never be forgotten. Billy was an outstanding Branch Chairman of APEX, and is greatly missed by all our colleagues, particularly in NIE, where he gave selflessly of his wisdom and good humour in difficult times. His leadership will always be remembered, and our loss must be only a fraction of how he is missed by you all. It is so sad that only our thoughts can be with you today.
