Sincere sympathy to Paul on the passing of his beloved wife Teresa, also to her sons Niall and Michael, her sister Margaret and husband Stephen, her brothers Patrick, James and Vincent (our brother-in-law), her nieces Helen, Sarah and Margaret, nephews Peter and Frank and sisters-in -law Clare and Mary Teresa from the Close family.

The Close family, Toomebridge
I first met Teresa as a cousin then many years later as a friend through a mutual friend Maggie RIP. We met up numerous times over the years, shared aspirations and cofidences over life, children, careers, family eccentricities.... Teresa was wise and brave beyond belief. She didn't want to talk about her illness. She strove to make the best of it. Teresa was empowered by her home team: lovely Paul, her cherished sons, wonderful sister and brothers. She remained remarkably grounded up to when I last saw her a few weeks ago. Heaven has gained a saint. I hope she meets up with Maggie. I am grateful for the times we spent together.
Treasured memories silently kept,

Celine Molloy
Knew Teresa since the mid-seventies when she sat beside me at St Patrick's Boys Academy in Dungannon (don't ask). So intelligent but really modest with it and such a genuinely lovely person from a great family...who finished with an equally great family in Belfast. Job done.
