Our family is greatly saddened at John's recent passing and our hearts are with Janet, Simon and Peter constantly during these very difficult days.
But we also have a store of very happy memories from early days at Queen's through our families' journey through life together as in-laws and cousins; and John's company on that journey was always a delight.
He was an absolute gentleman.
