No words can really express the loss of Barrie or describe the man he was.
I was lucky enough to know Barrie through work and personally. He always came across as a kind and pleasant person and would do his best for you in any way he could. Barrie and Brian made a great team and were a pleasure to work with. He bore his illness with tremendous courage and I know his loss to his family is hard to bear. Best wishes at this sad time Joe

A great sadness has descended upon us. We were lucky enough to enjoy the company of Barrie and Anita for a couple of weeks each year in Lanzarote. Barrie was a kind, canny, hardworking man and a generous human being. Loved by many and will be missed by all.
I cannot imagine the loss Anita and Winston and close family must feel now.
