I write this note on behalf of the Strandhill Community, Sligo!! Mickey was a massive part of our lives, he entertained the Strand Bar everyday he walked into it, he fell in with the locals, having the banter or when some man wanted to go on their break on the guitar, he'd take over, a gentleman & a dude!! Much heartful rescpect to Laura who he never stopped talking about "2nd drawer down" ..my daughter & me are doing this & she's singing this & he had the up most respect to the rest of your family !! Mickey, we will miss you so much xx
