Dear Alan. You will be greatly missed by all your friends at Larne Camera Club. We are stunned by the news of your passing. Everyone has been telling different little stories of their memories of you, and what has come through loud and clear is how much you were liked, respected and admired. It has been sad to see your illness progress in recent years and devastating to lose you. We all thank you for the support you gave to all of us over the years. RIP our friend. You were always there when we needed you, no task too great or small, with loving heart and willing hands, for us you did them all. To know we never said goodbye will always bring regret, but the hearts that truly loved you are the hearts that won't forget. You fell asleep without goodbye, but memories of you will never die.
