We all have our memories of Eileen. Her sayings, her wisdom – fashioned from a lifetime of goodness - her common sense and her indefatigable nature.
A common memory of Eileen is of her deeply ingrained traditional values of family, goodness and love.
Kate, Lisa and Jack were safe in the belief that all would be well, safe in the hands that were always open, safe in the trust that could always be depended upon.
Eileen will ALWAYS be enshrined in the hearts of many but most definitely in ours.
