I knew Brendan from Nevada Smiths, NYC. As an NYPD officer, I was in there most nights by 11pm. & spent some time down the end of the bar with himself.
Always a wry comment & quick with my pint, Brendan was the consummate barman. I enjoyed my night & most times into the morn. God Rest His Soul
