There is a love that's precious and rare, that only a mother and daughter can share,
we shared that love, Mum, you and I, from the day I was born until the day that you died.
Dearer to us than words can tell, was the mother we loved and lost so well,

You were always there when we needed you, no task too great or small,

She never failed to do her best, her heart was true and tender,
She only lived for those he/she loved, and those he/she loved remember.
God saw the road was getting rough. The hills were hard to climb.
He gently closed his/her weary eyes, and whispered peace be thine.
We cannot bring the old times back, when we were all together,
but loving thoughts we have of you will remain with us forever.
A golden heart stopped beating, two willing hands are still,
the one who did so much for us is resting at God's will.
To know we never said goodbye will always bring regret,
but the hearts that truly loved you are the hearts that won't forget. Y
ou had a smile for everyone, you had a heart of gold,
you left the sweetest memories, this world could ever hold.
I think of you in silence and make no outward show, but just how much I miss you,
no-one will ever know. You were always someone special, someone kind and true, y
ou will never be forgotten, for we thought the world of you.
Softly within the shadows, she heard a gentle call,
and taking the hand of Jesus, she quietly left us all.
The memory of having you is ours to treasure,
but the sorrow of losing you is heartache forever.
In silence she suffered, with patience hshe bore,
till God called her home, to suffer no more.
Out of our lives you may have gone, but in our hearts you still live on.
A silent prayer keeps us in touch; with the one we loved and miss so much.

No longer hear our love to share, but in our hearts you are always there.
