We are so sorry to hear that Jackie has passed. We kept praying that he would pull through.
He was loved so much, I know that he would have fought hard to stay as long as he could with all his loving family.
He had a smile for everyone, keep smiling Jackie.
Will be missed by Gerry and Valerie.
