I am so very sorry to hear about Noel Magowan’s passing. I remember him so clearly as wonderfully generous and kind, hilarious in Parish Palladium and a truly great man. Very few like Noel. I’m grateful to have had the privilege of knowing him. I’m so sorry I cannot attend the funeral.
