Dear Hobson Family,
I am Patricia, Richard's wife, writing from Colombia to express my deepest condolences for the loss of your beloved May. I am deeply saddened that my husband is grieving the loss of his dear mother from afar. It pains me that our two little ones, Samantha and Matthew, never had the chance to meet their grandmother, and I know this distance makes the sorrow even harder to bear.
I had the privilege of speaking with May years ago when she was in better health, and I recognized then what a remarkable woman she was.
