Oh no, our Loving Anne left us. She was family to us here in Wisconsin. She visited us for years and we formed strong bond with this wonderfully kind woman. She helped me in so many ways when she visited with family weddings and graduations and with her easy going personality that relaxed us all. Her leaving before we could get together one last time is very disappointing.
I am speaking for Rosi as well. Her and Anne were the dearest of friends. Unfortunately Rosi is on hospice so I will speak for her. Anne was an extraordinary person to form bonds of friendship across the ocean. Annually she would visit Rosi which was so good and comforting for our Dear Rosi who looked forward to the someone to run around with. They went to sales, grocery stores, visits, meeting, volunteering at the local hospital shopping nearby and whatever they could think of for something to do. Anne graciously agreed to doing it all. Rosi loved Anne like a sister - thus Anne is part of our family too.
She was truly a kind and an example to us as strength through beliefs. Our sympathy to Michelle and David along with you her sister. We feel so bad hearing of her passing.
Anne, I know you are in heaven as you were a truly kind person. Sending you love and prayers.

Anne and I should have met much sooner but circumstances meant that we first met much later than we should have. I was immediately struck by Anne's gentleness and how she was totally non-judgmental of others and open-hearted always seeing the best in everyone. I'm sure that Anne wouldn't want us to be sad that she has passed, she would want us to remember her kindness and generosity of spirt.
Let us not look for you only in memory,
Where we would grow lonely without you.
You would want us to find you in presence,
Beside us when beauty brightens,
When kindness glows
And music echoes eternal tones.
When orchids brighten the earth,
Darkest winter has turned to spring;
May this dark grief flower with hope
In every heart that loves you.
May you continue to inspire us:
To enter each day with a generous heart.
To serve the call of courage and love
Until we see your beautiful face again
In that land where there is no more separation,
Where all tears will be wiped from our mind,
And where we will never lose you again.
Let us not look for you only in memory,
Where we would grow lonely without you.
You would want us to find you in presence,
Beside us when beauty brightens,
When kindness glows
And music echoes eternal tones.
When orchids brighten the earth,
Darkest winter has turned to spring;
