I was deeply saddened to hear of Robert’s passing. There are no words that can truly ease the pain of losing someone you love so dearly, and I can only imagine how heavy this time must feel for you.
I will always treasure the memories of our times together playing hockey, our friendship, and the laughs we shared during our teenage years.
I know the shock and suddenness of this loss must be overwhelming, but I also know that the bonds you share as a family are strong. That love will give you strength in the days ahead. Please remember you are not alone — my thoughts and prayers are with you and the whole family

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Rob, a dear and long standing work colleague. During my years at PowerNI, Rob was always so kind and supportive and a man who loved his family dearly.
Rob was also such a talented and gifted man, who had so much to offer the arts community, and we had hoped to see him one day in Australia.
I last met with Rob while back in Belfast on vacation in February, and it was truly great to catch up with him again. My husband James had also met Rob on several occasions at the Lockkeepers and we are both extending our sympathies and prayers to his family, and loved ones.
To Rob: May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, The rains fall soft upon your fields, And, until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Our thoughts are with you all.
Rosselle, James and Sabrina from Australia.

Ours is just a simple prayer, God Bless and keep you in His care.
Robert, you will be sorely missed. You were always ready to give help when anyone needed it. May you rest in peace now.
