We all at Hafod are deeply saddened to hear of Tina’s passing.
Tina was a passionate and dedicated member of our Board, and we are privileged to have worked alongside her for almost seven years. During her time with Hafod, she made outstanding contributions to the organisation, particularly in the professionalisation and development of our care and nursing colleagues — an area that was especially close to her heart.
Tina will be remembered not only for the lasting impact she made on Hafod but also for her warm, personable and kind nature. She would spend time in our care services discussing the challenges and opportunities with those who work and live there. She was committed to ensuring that all voices and opinions were heard and valued, whether from colleagues or customers, right across the organisation.
Among her many influences at Hafod, one significant achievement was the introduction of the High Sheriff Awards to us, reflecting her belief in recognising and celebrating achievement.
Tina’s dedication, generosity of spirit and commitment to Hafod will not be forgotten.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with her family, friends, and colleagues at this very sad time.
