The Trustees, Officers, Chairman and Members, of the City of Belfast, Loyal Orange Widows Fund, are deeply saddened at the passing of their Highly Esteemed Secretary, Worshipful Brother, Samuel Baxter PDM. We extend our Deepest Sympathy to his wife Ellen, and the family at this sad time.
