I had the privilege to work with Mike for over 20 years in BDC. I am particularly grateful to Mike for his generous welcome to what was a difficult new environment to this newcomer in 1989.
Always envious of Mikes easy grace l enjoyed his company and greatly benefited by his advice. RIP old friend and sincerest condolences to all the family.
