SMYTH, SADIE ELIZABETH (Nee PATTERSON) - Passed away, December 22, 2015, in hospital, having reached 90 years of age.

Sadly passed away on Tuesday and will be deeply missed by all of her daughters, sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, but has now gone to be re-united with the very special ones in her life.
