Irene entered eternal life, peacefully, at Park Manor Nursing Home in Belfast, Irene's late husband Hedley G. Murphy, an evangelist, predeceased her in 1985. Irene is survived by her brother-in-law Jimmy Murphy, his wife Ruth and her extended family around the world. In her last few years, Irene was well taken care of by the team at Park Manor and by her long-time family friends. John 11. v. 25
