The management and staff of the Anchor Bar, Portstewart send their sincerest condolences to Carol’s family circle. Carol was a unique woman, well known and respected in the triangle area, passionate about her poetry and a regular at the Tuesday evening karaoke sessions for many years.
She was loved by those who were fortunate enough to get to know her and will be fondly remembered by us all.
Her scrapbook containing press clippings of her many achievements and media moments is finally complete.

Godspeed, dear Carol. You were a force of nature, a true warrior spirit, the poet of the Port. Thank you for your wit, your kindness, your humour and the wonderful times we all had together. You lived your life courageously and magically, and were a shining example to us all. We know you are wowing them all in heaven now.
You were something else. We will miss you forever.
