Died November 29, 2017, peacefully, at the Mater Hospital. Much loved son of the late Jack and Janet Phillips. Deeply regretted by his brother Brian and the entire family circle. Grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff of the City and Mater hospitals, and to the staff and residents of Fortwilliam Fold for their kindness towards Noel and his family. God give you peace Noel for you will be sadly missed by all who knew you.
