Mary, Karen, Niall, Declan, Mark, Vincent and the entire family circle of the late Damian R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff of Antrim Area and Mid Ulster Hospitals, Dr. Kathryn Monaghan and all the GPs at Maghera Health Centre, Harkins Chemist Maghera and the carers and Marie Curie nurses who looked after Damian and the family with such dedication and care.
A special thanks to Fr. Doherty P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance and celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass and Fr. Kieran O’Doherty for his pastoral care and con celebrating the Mass.
Thanks to the Gribbin Girls for the beautiful music, the church sacristan, the Ponderosa Bar & Restaurant for providing refreshments after the funeral and John McKee and team who prepared the grave.
The family wish to especially thank the kind relatives, friends, neighbours and members of the wider community who helped them during this difficult time. Thanks to those who messaged, sent cards, sent donations and those who gathered along the route to the Church and attended the funeral, we are truly grateful.
The family would also like to express their gratitude to McKiernan & Sons Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in which they carried out and guided them through all aspects of the funeral arrangements.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Damian will be celebrated on Friday 30th June 2023 at 7:30pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Glen.
