Kirkpatrick - June 5th 2016 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, David Harold, dearly loved Husband of Sybil, 16 Creevagh Road, Cookstown, much loved Father of Dawn, Rhonda, Lorraine and Heather, a dear Father-in-Law of Bryan, David and David, a devoted Grandfather of Kerrie, Jack, Thomas and Joel and a dear Brother of Violet.
Funeral service in Killycurragh Gospel Hall on Wednesday, June 8th, at 12.30pm, followed by burial in Cookstown Cemetery.
