MONTGOMERY, David John, died 14 October 2018 suddenly at home. Beloved husband of Dorothy and much loved father of Lesley, Mark and son in law Uel. Devoted Grandfather to Ryan and Lauren and adored great grandfather to Jude.

Funeral service will be held on Friday 19 October 2018 at 10am in James Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 300 Newtownards Road, Belfast, followed by burial in Dundonald Cemetery.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu if desired to NI Chest, Heart and Stroke, 21 Dublin Road, Belfast BT2 7HB.

They say that hearts don’t really break, Dear God that isn’t true,
for the day that Davy died our hearts just broke in two.

Jesus now has his sunbeam.
