The wife Phyllis, sons Stephen, Noel, daughter Joanne and the entire family circle of the late David Spratt wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent and sad bereavement.
Heartfelt thanks to all kind relatives, friends and neighbours who called at the family home, brought gifts, sent cards, telephoned, gave donations in lieu of flowers, attended the funeral or helped in any way, deep gratitude is extended.
Special thanks to Doctors and Nursing Staff of Ward 44 Altnagelvin Hospital, Marie Curie Nursing Staff, Foyle Nursing Staff for all their care, support and medical attention and the many Carers who cared for David during his short illness.
Special word of thanks to the Rev. Peter Morris of Clooney Hall Methodist Church for his visitations, prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service.
Sincere thanks to the Coffee Stop who provided teas after the funeral.
Extended word of thanks to David and Ruth Hay & Sons, Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
