Denis McKenna
McKenna Denis, Dromore, Co Tyrone, died peacefully at his late residence 50 Fairview Gardens, Dromore BT78 3DP on Wednesday 19th January 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine (nee McMullan). Cherished father of Dolores (John), Danielle McMahon (John), Denise Slevin (Patrick), Dympna, Damien (Laura), Denis (Amy), Deirdre McAloon (Ryan) and Declan (Aimee). Treasured brother to Tommy, Michael, Joseph, Rosemary Dooher, Jenny O’Neill, Mary McCormack and the late Peter, Kathleen McLaughlin and Margaret Kerlin. Devoted and loving grandfather to his 7 grandchildren. Denis will be reposing in his late residence from 11am on Thursday 20th January 2022. In view of the present situation surrounding the Coronavirus, all visitors are asked to please adhere to Covid precautions at the house, with social distancing being observed at the funeral. Denis will leave his late residence at 10.20am on Saturday 22nd January for 11am requiem mass in St Davog’s Church Dromore, followed by his burial in the adjoining cemetery. For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Denis will travel from Fairview Gardens, along Main Street and the Omagh Road to arrive at St Davogs Church for 10.50am. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters, sons, sons in law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, in-laws, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. Our Lady pray for him.
