The family of the late Dessie Rodgers wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.
We would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their love and support, who messaged, telephoned, sent cards, brought gifts, called at the family home, attended the funeral or helped in any way. Thanks also to everyone who donated to the nominated charity.
Many thanks to Rev John Farr for his support, comforting prayers and conducting the funeral service. Also, to Rev Stephen McElhinney for his pastoral support and prayers following the bereavement.
A special thanks to the staff of Rosedale and also the nursing staff who cared for Dessie at home.
To the ladies and gents of Glenavy Parish catering committee for serving refreshments in the Church Hall. It was very much appreciated.
