The family of the late of Detta Brown would like to offer our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent loss. Sincere thanks to those who attended the wake and funeral, who sent Mass cards/Sympathy cards and all those who helped in any way. We are deeply grateful for all your support and kindness.
We extend a special thanks to Fr Farren and Fr Doherty, for their great support, kind words and meaningful Requiem Mass, to Anne Marie and Aidan for the lovely music and to all those who took part in any way.
A very sincere thank you to Dr Deane and all the staff of Northside Medical Practice for all the attention shown to Detta over many years. To Ann Box and the Community Respiratory Nurses – thank you for the care you gave Detta with your home visits and also the Doctors and staff of the Foyle Hospice for caring for Detta with such compassion and respect.
Thanks to all at W. J. O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral and for the support you gave our family at a very difficult time.
Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family's deep appreciation.
Detta’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Eugene’s Cathedral, on Saturday 7th October 2023 at 7.30 pm.
