We the family of the late Donna Donnelly RIP wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement. We have been overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown to us by our families, friends, neighbours and wider community at this difficult time.
Thank you to all who called at the home, sent mass and sympathy cards, messages, floral tributes and attended or viewed Donna’s funeral online, to all those who helped at the house during the wake, we are forever grateful.
Thank you to Lynch’s Spar, Springisland, Newell Stores, and Annagher Stores, Berts and Golden Bamboo for the food provided during the wake, your kindness and generosity is greatly appreciated.
We thank Paddy and Orla for their continued unwavering support and friendship throughout.
We would also like to thank Canon Benny Fee for his guidance, prayers and for his support.
To Fr Eugene O’Neill for Donna’s beautiful requiem mass, which was offered with such respect and kindness, it was so fitting for Donna and gave us great comfort in our mourning.
Thank you to St Joseph’s Grammar School Donaghmore and Gaelscoil Uí Néill for their guard of Honour, to all those who helped with readings and prayers, to the eucharist ministers and to Fionnula, Katherine and Mairead for the beautiful music and singing.
Special thanks to our children Shea, Katie-Anne and Sarah-Louise for their part in the offertory procession. You all helped make the mass a celebration of Donna's memory.
We extend our deepest thanks to Patsy and Edel of Taggarts Funeral Directors who managed Donnas wake and funeral in the most professional and dignified manner. Your support and gentle guidance were invaluable to us throughout this sad time.
Lastly, we would like to thank Air Ambulance Ni and the various emergency response teams for their commitment and dedication and for everything they did for Donna.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, but please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt appreciation to all those who paid their respects in any way.
Donna’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Monday 22nd July at 7:30pm in St Mary and St Josephs Church Brackaville Rd Coalisland (Old Chapel)
