McGookin, Doreen Hunter Kirk – called home on 8th March 2024, peacefully at Carrickfergus Manor Nursing Home. Formerly of Hillview Avenue, Carrickfergus.
Loving and devoted wife of the late Samuel. Loving mother of Reah and Alister. Mother-in-law of Jim and Carol. Much loved Grandmother of Donna, Martin, Reah Rosemary and the late Dawn. Great Grandmother of Emily and Ruby. Devoted sister of Joan and the late Mina.
A Service of Thanksgiving for Doreen’s life to be held in Woodburn Presbyterian Church, Carrickfergus on Tuesday 12th March 2024 at 11.00 a.m. and afterwards to Islandmagee New Cemetery.
