Died 15th December 2022, peacefully after a long illness.
Former senior civil servant and private secretary to the Stormont administration.

Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Rosie, Mondo, C.J, Anna, Tommy, Jamie and James. Devoted Stepfather to Ben, Shauna, Matt and Amber. Adored grandfather to Leila, Neala, Llara, Isla and Fionn and his dog Strega.
He was very much loved and will be greatly missed.

William's remains will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GX (Tel: 028 90 243129) until Tuesday 20th December to arrive for a Service at St Georges Church, High Street, BT1 2AG at 11.00am, committal afterwards in Milltown Cemetery.
