The family of the late Eileen Grimes wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement.
Thank you to all who sent mass/sympathy cards, floral tributes, phoned/posted condolence messages on social media and also all those who attended the funeral or viewed online.
A special thank you to Father Gerard Tremer for the special Requiem Mass and Margaret Anne Conlon for the beautiful music/hymns during the funeral.
We would like to thank Conan and Pat of Lavery’s Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. We also thank the grave diggers who prepared Eileen’s final resting place.
We also thank the Doctor’s and nurses of East Surrey Hospital, St Luke’s Cancer Centre - Royal Surrey Hospital, Marie Curie team, Community Carers and everyone who cared for Eileen during her illness.
Thank you to the management and staff of Kinturk Cultural Centre for providing refreshments after the funeral.
