The death has occurred of:
Eileen HOWARD
The family of the late Mrs Eileen Howard wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
The family wish to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who came to the Funeral Home, attended the funeral, sent sympathy cards, telephoned and sent social media messages.
Thank you very much to those who made donations to Bright Eyes Animal Sanctuary.
We feel very blessed to have the kindness and support of family, friends and neighbours through this difficult time.
Our sincere thanks to Rev Lindsey Farrell and Canon Peter Wilson for their pastoral support to our Mum over the years and for conducting a very fitting funeral service. Grateful thanks also to the Organist, Mrs Hazel Hogg, to the Churchwardens and to those who prepared Mum's resting place.
We would also like to thank the members of the Mothers Union who organised, provided and served a very welcome and beautiful tea after the funeral.
A special word of thanks to the Management and staff of Gillbrooke Nursing Home for the excellent care and compassion they gave to Mum and our family in recent years.
We are also very grateful to the medical staff in both Resus and Ward 1, South West Acute Hospital, who cared for Mum in her final days. Their care and kindness will always be remembered.
We are extremely grateful to Mr Noel Robinson and staff of Dowlers Funeral Services for the professional and respectful way in carrying out funeral arrangements and supporting our family.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a deep appreciation to you all.
