We the family of the late Eileen Lennox, 149 Coolreaghs Road, Cookstown would like to express our sincere heartfelt gratitude to all who helped Eileen in her last few days, Palliative Nursing Care, Dalriada, Oak Family Practice and the care team for their excellent care towards Eileen.
To those who sent food, flowers and cards this was very much appreciated.
To Lissan Church ladies for the beautiful tea. Special thanks to Diana Matchett for time spent with Eileen and her kind words and prayers on her last few days.
