Acknowledgement
Eileen WHITE
The family of the late Eileen White wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following our recent loss.
We are truly grateful to our kind relatives, friends, neighbours, and all those who supported us following Mum's passing by attending the wake or funeral, sending Mass or sympathy cards, offering messages of comfort, travelling to be with us, or providing support in any way.
We were greatly comforted to see so many old friends and neighbours from the Long Tower area.
We would like to extend our thanks to Father Mongan for providing spiritual support to our Mum and who, together with Father Forbes, officiated the beautiful Requiem Mass that truly celebrated her life. Our thanks also go to Eileen’s Great-Grandchildren, Molly and Conall and Grandson-in law Danny, for making the mass so special with beautiful music and singing.
A special word of thanks goes to Dr. Paul McIvor and the doctors and nurses from the Palliative Care Team at Altnagelvin Hospital and Foyle Hospice, for the outstanding care and compassion shown to our Mum. Your kindness was of great comfort to her and us.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the Management and Staff of Alexander House and the personal care team who took such good care of our Mum and filled her days with laughter, chat and companionship. We will be forever grateful for the care you gave her.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for their guidance, and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude.
Eileen’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Wednesday, 24th June at 7.30pm in Long Tower Church.
Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
