Eleanor Jeanette EDGAR (née McCready)
Passed peacefully at home on Friday 29th November 2024. Beloved wife of the late Harry Edgar and treasured mother of Jennifer and husband Howard, Lorraine and husband John, Joe and wife Elaine and Cherith and husband Graeme. Much loved grandmother of seven grandchildren and great grandmother of seven great grandchildren and countless ‘fur grandbabies’.
The family are sorrowful yet rejoicing that mum is absent from her body and present with the Lord. Isaiah 26 v 3 ‘Thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee because he trusteth in thee.’
A Service for Thanksgiving will be held in S. Clarke & Son's Funeral Church, Newtownards on Saturday 7th December 2024 at 1:00pm. House private
